I have been a fitness instructor for over 22 years, teaching everything from spinning to power yoga to Pilates, Bootcamp, Strength & Core...and everything in between!  My passion, though, is for ELDOA, an advanced exercise method designed to heal the spine and joints of the body.

A teacher at heart, I have a deep interest in helping my clients understand the why in what we do in order to help define a fitness program that will suite their lifestyle and ability.
